What's New in Agility? Agility is a process-based Business Management System with document control functionality that aligns your organisation's values, visions, and structure. Version 1.5 of Agility has seen a focus on improving reporting functionality and risk management enhancements, along with bug fixes.
Advanced Document Properties: The two administrator defined document properties, category and organisation, have been enhanced with a dynamic system that allows any number of properties to be created and defined by administrators. Job Document Designer: A new tab, Roles, has been added which allows administrators to associate users to a job document. The tab will list those users who have this as their primary or secondary role. System administrator can configure who has access to this tab via the Maintain System Options screen. Job Document Viewer: New tab, Roles, has been added which allows users to view users associated to a job document. The tab will list those users who have this as their primary or secondary role. System administrator can configure who has access to this tab via the Maintain System Options screen. Maintain System Options: The system administrator may configure the following Display Options: 1. Document Viewer Options: The document header, displayed when viewing a document from within the user suite, may be set to open or closed by default. (This is applicable to all document types with the exception of Process Maps). 2. The Viewer Height can be set to display General and Process maps at a specified height when viewed from the user suite. 3.
